Shipping Policy
*We currently only ship within the U.S.*
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking.
Please allow 1 full week, 7 business days not including holidays or weekends, for processing and shipping from the date you placed your order.
When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will process, and when it's ready for shipment, you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment. Note: If it has been longer than 1 full week, 7 business days, please email us at holisticallyrich@gmail.com so we can resolve any issues.
If you provide us with the wrong address, please reach out to us at holisticallyrich@gmail.com within 30 minutes of placing your order, so we can correct the address. If you do NOT email us, and your order gets shipped back to us, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to send your order to the correct address.
We are NOT Responsible for any LOST OR STOLEN packages. Please contact USPS for all inquires about lost or stolen packages.

Return / Exchange Policy
Holistically Rich sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must email holisticallyrich@gmail.com with their concern within 7 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unused and in their original packaging. Holistically Rich reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
