Radiance Serum is formulated with Papaya Extract. This is our star ingredient! Papaya contains an enzyme called "Papain". Papain assists the skin with removing dead skin cells, resulting in a more even and supple complexion. PE will deeply hydrate and nourish the skin. The rich ray of enzymes and anti-oxidants in papaya help to treat dry
and flaky skin. Papaya also contains carotenoids, which will provide powerful anti-aging benefits. Carotenoids help fight free radical damage and help prevent the breakdown of collagen.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking.

Please allow 1 full week, 7 business days not including holidays or weekends, for processing and shipping from the date you placed your order.

When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will process, and when it's ready for shipment, you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment. Note: If it has been longer than 1 full week, 7 business days, please email us at holisticallyrich@gmail.com so we can resolve any issues.

If you provide us with the wrong address, please reach out to us at holisticallyrich@gmail.com within 30 minutes of placing your order, so we can correct the address. If you do NOT email us, and your order gets shipped back to us, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to send your order to the correct address.

We are NOT Responsible for any LOST OR STOLEN packages. Please contact USPS for all inquires about lost or stolen packages.

Returns

Return / Exchange Policy 

Holistically Rich sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must email holisticallyrich@gmail.com with their concern within 7 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unused and in their original packaging. Holistically Rich reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
